View

The View menu command is owned by the PASSPORT administrator configuration program, replacing the Microsoft Internet Explorer View menu. The following commands are available:

View>Language
This menu command allows the administrator to specify the language to use for the PASSPORT administrator configuration program interface. The following languages are currently available:

Note: in order for a change in the language to take affect, the PASSPORT Administrator must be restarted. Also, this option will only be available for international licenses of PASSPORT WEB TO HOST.

View > Toolbar
This command makes the toolbar either visible or not visible. If the toolbar is visible, a check is displayed next to the toolbar text on the pull down menu.

View > Large Icons

This option causes large icons to be displayed in the right window pane. When large icons are enabled, a check is displayed next to the toolbar text on the pull down menu.

View > Small Icons

This option causes small icons to be displayed in the right window pane. When small icons are enabled, a check is displayed next to the toolbar text on the pull down menu.

List
This command causes the files listed in the right window pane to be displayed in a list. When list is enabled, a check is displayed next to the toolbar text on the pull down menu.

Details
This command causes the details of session profiles to be displayed, such as keyboard and attribute profile assignments. When details is enabled, a check is displayed next to the toolbar text on the pull down menu.

View > Arrange Icons > by Name

This command sorts the files listed in the right window pane alphabetically by the Session profile name . The sort order may be either ascending or descending, depending on the last method that was used to sort the files. When the files are viewed in a list or with details, the files may be sorted by clicking the Name title bar in the right window pane.

View > Arrange Icons > by Keyboard

This command sorts the files listed in the right window pane alphabetically by the Keyboard profile name. The sort order may be either ascending or descending, depending on the last method that was used to sort the files. When the files are viewed with details, the files may be sorted alphabetically by clicking the Keyboard title bar in the right window pane.

View > Arrange Icons > by Attribute

This command sorts the files listed in the right window pane alphabetically by the Attribute profile name. The sort order may be either ascending or descending, depending on the last method that was used to sort the files. When the files are viewed with details, the files may be sorted alphabetically by clicking the Attribute title bar in the right window pane.

by Session Type
This command sorts the Session Type listed in the right window pane alphabetically. This option is only available when viewing the session profiles belonging to a User or Group. The sort order may be either ascending or descending, depending on the last method that was used to sort the files. When the files are viewed with details, the files may be sorted alphabetically by clicking on the Session Type title bar in the right window pane.

View > Arrange Icons > by Group

This command sorts the Group name listed in the right window pane alphabetically. This option is only available when viewing the session profiles belonging to a User or Group. The sort order may be either ascending or descending, depending on the last method that was used to sort the files. When the files are viewed with details, the files may be sorted alphabetically by clicking on the User/Group title bar in the right window pane.

Auto Arrange
This command determines whether or not the icons will be automatically arranged when the window size is modified. This option only takes affect when the files are viewed as either large or small icons. When the files are viewed in a list or with details this command is grayed out and does not affect the way the files are displayed.

Refresh
This command causes the files in the right window pane to be refreshed. Any modifications are now displayed with the latest information.
