Users Display Tab

The configuration options found on the 3270 Display, 5250 Display, VT Display and Wyse Display tabs are used to manage the 3270, 5250, VT and Wyse display session profiles assigned to a user. The following configuration settings are available:

Assigned
Assigned window displays the 3270, 5250, VT and Wyse display session profiles that have been assigned to the user. If the assigned session belongs to a group, the group name will be displayed in the Group column.

Not Assigned
Not Assigned window displays the 3270, 5250, VT and Wyse display session profiles that are available to be assigned to the user.

Add
The Add button is used to assign 3270, 5250, VT and Wyse display sessions to a user profile.

To assign a session profile to a user:

  1. Select a session profile from the list in the Not Assigned window.

  2. Click Add.

The session profile name moves from the Not Assigned window to the Assigned window.

Remove
The Removebutton is used to remove 3270, 5250,VT and Wyse display sessions from a user profile.

To remove a session profile from a group:

  1. Select a session profile in the Assigned window.

  2. Click Remove.

The session profile name moves from the Assigned window to the Not Assigned window.

When you have finished configuring the user profile, click OK to save configuration settings and return to the Administrator window.
