You can print the entire contents of the PASSPORT screen to a file using a macro provided with PASSPORT, after which the file may be viewed or printed with any text editor.
To print the screen to a file
Use the Macro>Run menu command. The Open dialog box will appear, allowing you to choose from a list of macros to run.
If using PASSPORT WEB TO HOST, select System for the Macro Type.
Select the "prt2file.zmc" file, then click the Open button. A PASSPORT dialog box will prompt you to enter the name of the destination file.
Enter the name of the file you want to print to, including the full path (for example, you could enter, "My Documents\myfile.txt"). If you do not enter a path, the file will be created in the default PASSPORT folder.
Click the OK button.
To append a screen to a file

Note: If the file exists the screen text data will be appended to the file.
Click the OK button.
